DELIVERY
We offer free shipping on all rugs, objects and light within Benelux.
We can arrange international delivery at a flat fee depending on the item. If you wish to recieve more information about international shipping costs and your country is outside of the EU, please send an email to info@atelieruma.com. We will contact you as soon as possible with a quotation.
Atelier Uma will handle your order within 48h. Delivery time depending on destination and you will receive a tracking code once the order is shipped.
Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If the courier hasn’t been able to deliver your parcel, new attempts will be at your own expense.
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported into your country. Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging. Shipping costs for the return will be paid by the sender. Sale items are not refundable. You can exchange your item for another item in store.
If you wish to return your order, please send us an e-mail at info@atelieruma.com and include your order confirmation.
You can send the items to our warehouse, please note that the shipping costs should be paid by the sender. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during shipment. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned items and include a tracking code. The item must be returned undamaged and with the labels attached. Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Once the item has been accepted the item will be refunded within 3-5 working days.
